I come to visit my family 2-3 times a year. I decided to start using this location since my fam lives closer than the WB Expway location. I get dressed and show up today to get a guest pass to get a workout. The young lady was pleasant and told me that the systems were down. Honestly, thats not my problem. I want to get a workout so figure it out but I didnt press her. She told me to go find another gym and made no effort to help me get my workout in. HARRASSED BY STAFF!!!! This is the worst gym I’ve ever been to! Was threatened to be kicked out over my damn purse. I was yelled at and laughed at by the girl who was on shift at 6:45pm, 07/27/2025. No resources were made available to me to give a proper complaint. See their Yelp for more details of the absolute nightmare of a woman I had to endure. The story was too long for me to post on here.
