I’ve been to several Planet Fitness locations, and this one is generally clean with polite staff—no complaints there. However, I’m giving it 3 stars because of a frustrating policy change. They no longer allow guests to use the Black Card amenities like the massage chairs, which has been really upsetting for us. My fiancée has multiple sclerosis, and those massage chairs gave her real relief from her pain. It was one of the main reasons we enjoyed coming here together.
