My fav spot!!! There's 2 Hydeomassage beds which is the best thing yet. I do it on my stomach as well as back and its great for muscles and blood flow and so very relaxing in the dim light red-light shaker a ice/heat therapy bed 2 massage chairs stand up and lay down beds that are champ yall all for a very small fee and I pay 25 a.mknth and get all that plus the gym, classes, and fitness Trainor if I want. This place is almost perfect, the workers at the front desk are mostly nice, the massage chairs and the other necessities are very comfortable and well kept, and the equipment there is all the normal person needs and more, the only problem I have is that I wish there were free benches and squat racks rather than the smith machines that don’t target all the main muscles.
