May update- club has been cleaner, better temperature and staff have improved customer service. Thank you! Gym has gone downhill fast since Matt, the manager who cared, left. Equipment if often broken and the new equipment wasn’t put together well. They should take a look at the Blue Springs location. They actually have air conditioning on, functional, and maintain a comfortable environment. Blue Springs is always immaculate and they have ample amounts of equipment that people actually use. Tierra is absolutely amazing! Who walks in their gym 2 days in a row to a pristine locker room, ME because of their bestest new hire! Congrats, girl, keep doing you 🙌👏

The lack of sanitation is concerning. Multiple times have walked into a dirty tanning bed. The floors are so gross and shoe clear signs they gave not been cleaned well or with meaning in a long time. Multiple times have sat in someone’s sweat in a massage chair. This is not asking for dumbbells to be cleaned by staff between use but the spaces the specifically oversee and control usage of should be cleaned regularly as a bare minimum…
