All the equipment was clean and the staff was very nice.
Lots of new pieces, glad to have the update I've seen at other locations. Definitely pay attention to the crowd meter here.
Very disappointed. Been trying to contact management since July 30th about cancelling my membership. Been a Member forever , even so much I paid for at least a year at one point and didn’t use it once. I paid $120 to join a different gym and then turned around and $78 came out of my account because management’s lack of attention to me trying to cancel. Right now that’s a damn important $78. Avoid this place , it’s gone downhill, new staff every 6 weeks, terrible hours for a gym (miss the 24 hour days), nothing but overcrowde... read more
Nice staff, but the franchisee could open up a second location in Lee’s Summit and not lose any money. Don’t bother going anytime between 3-6. No machines, no free weights, no benches. Sometimes not even a cardio machine is available. But in the app it says 3/8 on the “how busy is it” scale. I have never seen it marked as “busy” in the app even when there are lines to get on just one machine. Also the bathrooms are almost always filthy.
