Love Planet Fitness. Lots of equipment and if something needs repair, you don't have to wait months to get it fixed. Very clean facility and friendly front desk employees. My only gripe is the 30 minute circuit workout. I love using it and I follow the instructions. However other members come in and use machines which are on the floor elsewhere and jump in and use the machines I need to finish the rotation, so I stand around waiting for one machine (it's usually the last one #20). very frustrating. Great manager, Q! I lost my earbud under a treadmill but didn't see where it went. Q went above and beyond, helping me find it, lifting and moving machines until it was found. I have often seen Q taking care of things, helping people in a variety of ways and just being pleasant and available at all times. I am glad I moved gyms!!
