Decent, clean, good equipment upkeep
Woodridge used to be my home gym but was way too busy at 6-7 am. I like this location because it's not that busy in the mornings & the employees are always really welcoming and friendly.
The music is Extremely Loud very unnecessary they refused to turn the music down after talking to management more than once the app that they have for music their employees sit on it in monopolize and put terrible music on while people in the health club are trying to put on their own music that are unable to because the young people working there should not be on their phones other health clubs in different locations don't allow their employees to be on their cell phones while they're working
A place to ease the mind as well relax the body by strength training. Love this place, always clean and friendly staff.
