I was a customer that came in every day. I'm taking my business elsewhere. There was often trash and broken glass in the changing rooms and locker rooms when I have visited. Many of the locker doors are broken off. Brought my kid in to use the bathroom when they were busy. A "Karen" chased me to the bathroom to stop me despite having a black membership.
