Great place with kind workers
Well I definitely deleted my review. So last month I was double charged and when I called them to have it fixed they said I had to call my bank because it didn't double charge on there end. No big deal, so I called my bank, my bank said they most definitely did double charge me and reimbursed my bank card. So what did planet fitness do?....they they kick my account off and charged me a late fee. So I went went in to show them my double charged payments on my bank statements. I enjoyed working out there it was clean and the people were helpful and they had a lot of different equipment to work with.
