Planet fitness Ontario is the worst! The staff doesn't even acknowledge that you even entered the building they are too busy on their cell phones. I've been here a few times observing and I've never seen any of the staff clean anything the bathrooms are gross the showers are disgusting the equipment is dirty and faulty the furniture next to the tanning rooms is hideous look like they got it out of a dumpster. You think after some time one of the bathroom stalls would at least be repaired instead of considered out of order. I... read more
Planet fitness Rialto is the best extremely clean the bathrooms the showers the lockers the equipment massage chairs everything is extremely clean. The staff is extremely friendly full of high energy. We as the members are always greeted upon entrance and thanked when leaving.
