I've gone to the 3 different Planet Fitnesses in Vancouver and Fourth Plain is my go- to location. My coworkers and I frequent it 4-5 days a week and it's always a great experience, especially if Kit is there. She's super friendly and helpful, and encouraging in a sincere way. She never makes us feel like we're bothering her or asking stupid questions, and as an anxious person, it's really appreciated. Makes working out even better!

I just want to say Kit is one of the best things about this Planet Fitness. Every time we come in, we are greeted with her great smile and welcoming attitude. We appreciate her so so very much.

I frequent this place about 4-5 times a week. Facilities are clean. The staff is usually friendly and attentive. The flow of people tends to fluctuate as gyms tend to do... which makes some machines more difficult to get on right away but thats commonplace in most gyms...just have to find peaks and lulls... and adjust my time frames. Ither than that the cost of a top tier membership is very affordable!

More than half the bikes (all the shorter stationary bikes) are unusable because the foot straps are gone. It’s been like that for a while. I feel like every time I’m here, another machine is out of order.
