I’ve been deeply disappointed by my experience at this Planet Fitness location. What should be a welcoming and safe environment for personal health and growth has instead become a source of frustration and concern. The facility is consistently dirty and untidy. Equipment is often left scattered, restrooms are poorly maintained, and basic hygiene standards appear to be neglected. Telling everyone they would be open at 7am on the 5th, then having lines of people waiting outside because they’re closed is not cool.
Assistance manager was very disrespectful to the customers
