Recently visited this location and very pleased with the attentiveness of the staff, in particular Fahad. He was such a bright, smiling face to see when entering and exiting. I sincerely appreciated how kind and courteous he was, above and beyond customer service. It makes all the difference visiting when greeted with such positivity!
The staff here are fantastic — friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. The gym itself is well-maintained and kept very clean, which is greatly appreciated. However, there is one ongoing issue that needs to be addressed: vacuuming during peak gym hours. Running a loud commercial vacuum cleaner directly next to members on the treadmills and other gym equipment is extremely disruptive.
