Love everything except the early closing om weekend and no paper towels provided in restroom. Other than those minor inconveniences, I enjoy being a Black member.
Kadean has no empathy when dealing with losses in the family, I asked for a measly 14 dollar refund of a fee becuase I hadn’t been able to visit, I had enough money in account and was still charged, I will be in on Friday to close with them. Not worth the time I had been with them.

They're supposed to charge us maintenance... And when I go to use a machine that's not being used... it's broken. People just sit and use their phone. NOT to use the only machines that work -It's been over 3 weeks since this review, and these images are recent, and this is still not working, along with some exercise equipment…
