The gym itself is nice and the staff is really cool. I do feel like they don’t have enough quad and glute focused stuff but that’s okay, I don’t only go to this gym so that’s fine! But the problem I’m having is the people who come in and stand around the dumbbells in groups hovering people on benches. Last time I was there I was laying on a bench pressing, and this nasty man came up behind me to the straight bar rack and lifted right at the rack so his ass was literally in my face. It was awful. This review is based on customer service not the facility itself. I went this afternoon to sign up my son for gym access. I worked with Kacey at the front desk. She was very kind and informative. I appreciate her walking us through the steps to get him all signed up! 5 stars for customer service!
Nice clean location, Makayla was amazing to work with, bubbly, friendly but kept everything professional showed me around the gym, gave me tips to a good work out. If you are planning on going to this location, see Makayla you won't regret working with her. 10 out of 10 experience working with her.
