Staff are amazing !! Great gym no judgement love going
I am a black card member and pay $10:95 per week. Heaps of gym equipment multiple stair machines and treadmills. The BEST part is the spa, daily I use the infer-red light booths and vibration plate, massage beds, I also use the wellness magnesium sprays, along with a weekly spray tan. My Dr suggested infer-red therapy for its healing of tissue, muscle repair, collagen simulation- I looked elsewhere and was looking at $30 upward for a red-light session.
