There are 4 Smith machines, but 3 of them are basically useless because they’ve been so poorly maintained that they’re stiff and impossible to use properly. The only decent machine, the Life Fitness cable machine, is now unusable too — I’ve reported multiple times that one side is still stiff, but nothing has been fixed. On top of that, it’s hard to find any machine in proper working condition. This gym clearly has nobody maintaining the equipment properly. contract, billing, customer service is very frustrating and they have charged incorrectly I provided the evidence that they have charged me 50-60 more than the amount that should’ve been charged. I have been in contact with them via email for 3 -4months so far, but it doesn’t seem like they want to apologize and aren’t even willing to solve the problem.

I was double charged an annual fee and the extra payment was automatically applied to membership fees without my authorisation. A refund was promised but never processed, and customer service emails go unanswered. I am now forced to resolve this through my bank. Please be cautious with billing matters.

Sad to see how quickly this gym has slipped to such low standards. Reduced staffing hours, broken/ never updated equipment, hard to access after hours, no where to safely store bags or keys unless staffed otherwise no lockers, homeless from Southport slipping in during all times of the day/night. Total lack of care and love from the company. Poor standards. Dirty gym.
