Planet Fitness in Sturbridge is great. Every equipment I need. Great staff. Very friendly
Nice and clean
It needs to be bigger for starters. They have an obsene # of elipticals which mostly stay empty, only 4 stair climbers that are ALWAYS in use, treadmills often nearly full. Need to change out half the elipticals for more stair climbers and treadmills. They don't repair machines in a timely manner. The building is clean. The staff members are helpful and friendly.
Supposed to open at 5am. Many times I’ve arrived at 5am and they were closed. Happened 2 times this week alone. Both times waited till past 5:30 then left.
