Extremely annoyed have sent a hand written letter to planet fitness Tuggerah of notification to cancel my membership and have had no response from them. I can't cancel in person, because I simply live too far away. I am not going to continue to allow them to take fees from my bank account, if I am not getting any use of the facility and if the matter isn't resolved shortly I investigate my legal avenues.
