It's basically okay, but in that I travel all around the United States and have been to planet fitness in many cities, I got to say this this is the ONLY place where I've slipped on the floor outside the shower. The floor is poorly designed, being both tile and unexpectedly sloped. They really should put some sort of friction strips or plastic mats out there. It's up to the owners to make up for this poor design, and because safety is paramount, I'm giving them a two.
Good equipment and hardly ever crowded early in the morning.
If someone threatens you at this location, Aaron the new manager requires you to record, or video the emergent threats, because their video may not have the audio portions of the incident audible. They will not take your report seriously, and say that a simple eyewitness report ,(your report) is not sufficient at the gym - when that gym lives off of the slogans "You Belong & Judgment Free Zone". PF appears to be more like the NO Accountability Zone!!!
