Absolutely terrible experience at the Planet Fitness Woonsocket. The manager, Dan, was one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with. Instead of helping with a basic membership issue, he immediately became argumentative, talked over everyone, and went on a condescending rant about policies that didn’t even address the situation.
