I typically have a really good experience at this gym, which is why this visit was so disappointing. From the moment I walked in, Ernest (his badge says “ERNE”) was extremely rude. As I was pulling out my phone to check in, he acted like I wasn’t moving fast enough and said, “It’s not that damn hard.” That comment immediately made me uncomfortable, and I ended up walking back to my car and going to a different gym altogether. I usually always have a good experience at the location. But Ty specifically helped me answer all my questions regarding membership and the gym as a whole! I definitely recommend coming here especially if you’re looking for a welcoming and friendly staff :)
Ty is such a sweetheart. She genuinely has a way of making the environment immediately feel more inviting and not something to be so anxious about as someone who struggles with social anxiety.
