If you love planet fitness. This is the only franchise in Boston you should go to. This franchise not only cares but all the staff is extremely friendly. They also have the Hyde park, Cambridge, porter sq, west Roxbury, Allston location and I hope to see this franchise take over Boston!
Sorry and correct me if I’m wrong, but it’s gross and stinky in there. The low ceilings intensify the problem.

Why doesn't anything get fixed!!! The hinges on some of the lockers in the women's room are broken, the seats on the rowing machines need to be oiled and tightened, the water bottle filler doesn't work, many of the ellipticals are missing the kick plates which help keep your feet in. Many of the machines are not balanced.
This is my home gym and is sufficient; however it is quite small and often is overcrowded, leaving you waiting for many of the machines/benches to open. I would rate this as a 4 as I know this is the best they can do with the space. I am leaving this review specifically to get PF’s attention asking them to make it a priority to fix the cable machine( it has been broken for some time now).
