The staff here is straight ass the only staff that gave me a hard time and not let me use because I have a base membership from Southbury other locations never barred me
The staff is super friendly and nice but, I feel like if ICE did a raid here..more than half the building would be empty.
Great place. All new equipment. Never really crowded. Parking is plentiful.
I think the employees are wonderful, but I've been asking for a recyclable garbage pail since I joined and there's no sign of one in the gym. Some of the machines need repairs. Timers don't work. I would give them a five star rating if they would get me my recyclable garbage pail
