Would have given it five stars if they had a sauna
It’s hot in there. The employee at desk was extremely rude, even though I was trying to sign up. He acted like I was annoying him for asking about signing in. He didn’t offer to show me anything. I asked if I could show my daughter the black card services and he immediately told me I could do it but she couldn’t and that I needed to read my contract. I am very disappointed with the service at this Planet Fitness location. Some of the staff, especially the person working today around 5 PM, were unprofessional and showed clear disrespect. Unfortunately, there are signs of racist behavior from certain staff members, which is unacceptable in any business, especially a gym that promotes itself as a “judgment free zone.” I tried to address the issue, but the staff didn’t want to do anything about it.
