Super surprised that they refused to honor a free trial. Just one trial or maybe a tour around the gym? Am I really asking for too much? Desk guy, probably trainer was so unhelpful I immediately went to Vasa fitness. Really bad customer service for someone who just wanted to try the gym. Super bummed. Called the location and spoke with manager. Did not help. Still refusing to honor a one day trial that is posted on corporate website. After I asked if I could have a tour he said no problem …but had to ask 🤨

RUDE STAFF !! This is what makes me no longer want to be a part of this establishment anymore. I went in today to get in some quick cardio, I know I smelled a little as I just came from work, what I’m confused about is this is supposed to be an “ALL INCLUSIVE GYM” but this is the judgiest space I’ve ever been in. The manager (some blonde short guy in a black shirt) came by and sprayed some citrus chemicals around me ?! I obviously wasn’t able to breathe after that so I left immediately.
