When they remodeled several months ago they placed 10 stair steps machines and keep the 1 butterfly machine that EVERYONE waits for because people think they need to be on their phone in this machine. Some guy in the locker room randomly started popping off about how much he hated black people and then casually walked off. I mentioned it to the person working as soon as I left but he didn’t really do anything so I thought I’d just wait to come in the next day when a manager was in. It was a Thursday night, about an hour before they were going to close, so there was barely anyone that had checked in besides the guy in the locker room. Switching over from another gym, I was hesitant on calling this PF location to get more information/questions answered due to bad past experiences of employees either being vague or short with me.
