Car was broken into at this location 45 minutes before closing on a Sunday. Staff didn’t take any report or anything or have any concerns. Will advise everyone to avoid this location.
REPOSTING BECAUSE APPARENTLY THEY DELETE REVIEWS. will be going to corporate now :) I go to this Planet Fitness about 5 days a week and overall the gym itself is great—clean and well-maintained, and most of the staff are friendly and welcoming. That said, one front desk employee, Kaitlyn, consistently has a bad attitude. She is often rude, dismissive, and her tone is snobby and speaks to you as if you’re incompetent. False advertising. Never got my referral credit for my buddy that joined. Manager at Front desk not helpful. Just said it will show up “some day”
