RUDE STAFF !! This is what makes me no longer want to be a part of this establishment anymore. I went in today to get in some quick cardio, I know I smelled a little as I just came from work, what I’m confused about is this is supposed to be an “ALL INCLUSIVE GYM” but this is the judgiest space I’ve ever been in. The manager (some blonde short guy in a black shirt) came by and sprayed some citrus chemicals around me ?! I obviously wasn’t able to breathe after that so I left immediately. The gym itself is very nice with both levels. It is clean for the most part except where the tanning facilities are. They were disgusting. You cannot leave it to the members to clean up the area back there as I can tell you most people are absolutely gross and unclean. I know I work in an industry where I deal with such things. Please clean all of you facility and please please get employees that know how to speak and put customer service first!!! They do not here. No person at the desk, not even one of them acknowledged me.... read more
