I enjoy working out at PF in Leesburg. It's clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.
When I tried to cancel my membership that I thought I cancelled months ago a rude employee at the front got smart with me and started to get completely off topic with my situation, a more civilized gentleman who was the manager was a little more helpful. Nonetheless the money I tried to get refunded for all the months I was no longer a member was never refunded to me.
