just horrible. how do you maket your place as a 24 hour gym but then close at 7pm on weekends????
Had an issue with my black card not scanning. Asked them if they can look me up using my phone number. I have had to do this before when the card was lost. The night manager was called on the cell phone by the employee working and the manager said no that they can’t do that and I would have to go to my home gym to fix the issue. This is not true.
