They let men in the women's restrooms, and have the lunk alarm, and no free weights. And robbed me before month after month. Stole my identity by robbing my bank card of around $160, and refused to Stop billing me. This place Sucks.
I moved and needed to cancel my membership. I drove over an hour there and canceled it in person since they make you do that. I got charged the next month, and they said I never canceled even though I was able to provide the exact date and time I did it. They allowed me to cancel it (for real this time I hope) over the phone as a courtesy, but wouldn’t refund me for the month even though I’ve never been back and it was their mistake. The gyms great as far as I'm concerned you can go there n no drama goes on ive been there for almost 3 years n haven't had no 1 on hot shi
I love planet, don't get me wrong. It's just small. Not enough cables and alot of machines in such a small space. Hopefully they get that remodel soon and get rid of the circuit room, and move some machines around.
