Usually it’s a clean place and we don’t have any issues, staff are very friendly! But recently it seems that the A/C isn’t really working? I like using the machines in the back room circuit and for about a month at least it feels like a sauna back there. It’s too hot to deal with. Please have this fixed soon as it’s affecting our workout and making me not want to not come in. If it keeps going into the summer I’ll deff have to switch locations.

Clean, intentional management, friendly staff and five 24 hour days is insane. No one likes the renovation closures but can’t wait til the showers are redone. (Pretty superficial, considering.)

Way better than gold's gym much cheaper better newer equipment nicer people more respectful people people are actually wipe down the equipment

I cancel my membership before the 17 that is when the payment automatically is taken out of my account. On the 17 the payment was taken out for 30.06. I called my bank to dispute the charge, plus show them the email showing I cancelled my membership. They contact Planet Fitness and my bank account was credit back. Then on February 26 this time Planet Fitness charged my bank account 45.06. It has been two weeks still waiting for Planet Fitness to return my money back.
