I cancel my membership before the 17 that is when the payment automatically is taken out of my account. On the 17 the payment was taken out for 30.06. I called my bank to dispute the charge, plus show them the email showing I cancelled my membership. They contact Planet Fitness and my bank account was credit back. Then on February 26 this time Planet Fitness charged my bank account 45.06. It has been two weeks still waiting for Planet Fitness to return my money back. Planet Fitness in Poughkeepsie is actually a really solid gym if you’re looking for a clean, affordable place to work out. The facility is large, the equipment is well maintained, and there’s plenty of space so you don’t feel cramped even during busier hours. The staff are usually friendly and the overall environment feels welcoming for people of all fitness levels. I go to the Wappingers Planet Fitness, we'll this one in Poughkeepsie is worse, Why am I paying Black card membership and some things don't work properly here, like the exercises bikes all missing the straps for the peddles, not good, need to address things here
Outstanding services,highly recommend,very extremely nice employees at the front desk as well as customers!! Thanks so very much in a desperate time of need. I am extremely very greatful and thankful for the services and this was my very 1st visit there today!
