UPDATE: 5 STAR TO 1 STAR. I was honestly a 10-star happy member up until this cancellation experience. I liked the gym, had no issues, and would have continued recommending Planet Fitness. I recently moved out of state, and when I went to a Planet Fitness in my new state, I was told I could only cancel through my home gym. That alone was inconvenient. Two of the the front desk staff were especially unprofessional, disrespectful, unwelcoming. Not a biggie because besides membership renewals nobody really has to interact with them, just a disappointing experience.
