Love it here! It's never overly crowded, the staff are always knowledgeable and helpful, and there's plenty of equipment and space to work out comfortably.

Update, Wednesday, May 20th ,, walked in to delight, comfortable temp. Today the AC / heating system fixed. Thank goodness. Thank you!! Crater Lake Hwy North Medford Planet fitness. Update Sunday, May 17, 2026, late afternoon. Still hot! Not as bad as Friday but AC still not fixed. Staff says on site manager still has not put in a work order to get fixed. What is going on!?!???! Update: May15, 2026. The AC NOT working!! The heat is on it seems and it is getting hotter and hotter except for restroom. It is too hot!! Intolerable temp! Hard and not at all pleasant , not comfortable to work out when temp is too warm, too hot in gym. I've spoken up numerous times this week and been assertive to front desk, the manager and now have complained several times. Now I'm communicating in a cranky manner because I feel hot and cranky and need and want to work out. . New manager on site , for days didn't speak up... read more
My only problem is that they don't turn on the air conditioning, and it's incredibly hot, especially with a gym. It should be cooler, especially this time of year.
