So far I've only met with the trainer to discuss my goals; going in next to start a plan. I feel positive about this.
I've had a black card for many years now. This gym is convenient because there is likely a PF anywhere you go and I travel a lot with my work. If you're a professional athlete or have a very unorthodox fitness routine, you likely won't find all the gear you need. However, for general fitness and body development, you can't go wrong. The price of membership is cheap considering all the accommodations.
