I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by the behavior of one of your employees, Brandon Hill. As someone who works at a facility that claims to be a "Judgment Free Zone," Brandon’s actions both online and publicly contradict everything Planet Fitness claims to stand for. Members who pay each month for a members ship are customer’s not inmates, Members go to gym to escape for a bit don’t need a Warren patrolling around point out everything you are doing wrong, these action are creating a bad culture for Staff Members, I’m challenging Regional Managers to correct this behavior.
When a guest..... And not a member remember at planet fitness in Sherman they will treat you as less!! Would highly not recommend this facility
