Stupidly I decided to get a membership I saw some results because I started going and was consistent but when I came to cancel. big dude at the desk said I canceled gave him a 30 days notice back in June and yeah it’s still August and I’m getting overdraft charge from an annual fee. I need somebody to contact me and fix this because I’ve tried reaching out and y’all don’t help me.

Very friendly staff, clean, and the shower/dressing rooms are spacious. They do have a few people who do not wipe down equipment after use. Be sure you wipe prior to using and after, but that should be common practice. It may just be me.. 🤷‍♀️ The last few weeks the hot water has been non existent in the showers. Please fix. That's the only down fall i have at this time. Cold showers suck!!! No its NOT alot of people showering during this time nor prior. So, IDK 🤷‍♀️ if the facility maybe having a hot water heater issue.

Honestly terrible service and disappointing experience. A person I was with passed out inside the gym and while the paramedics were on the way I tried getting a Gatorade for the person unconscious on THEIR floor; they demanded I payed first so I had to go all the way to my car for my wallet WHILE THEY WERE STILL UNCONSCIOUS ON THE FLOOR! (Baffled they prioritized money over their own costumers safety)
