I've been coming to this location quite some time now need to say that The place is very welcoming soon as you walk into those doors, you have staff greeting you acknowledging you, The place is always clean and well organized, mind you there's new equipment to improving all workouts like mine!! I highly recommend if you're thinking about a gym this is the place where they treat you like family A reflection of Management Sophia and her strong staff 💪🏽
Pathetic customer service by manager Sofia. Rude and arrogant attitude. If customer is upset and angry with the staff and your service you need to learn customer service and not show arrogance. You need to learn it is not personal it is for the organization.
