Pros: The gym is nice and spacious. It’s the nicest PF in my area. I really like how the gym is set up. It has plenty of room for everyone to exercise without everyone being on top of each other. It has a lot of potential to be a solid gym in our area. Cons: For the 5th time in the last couple months, there is no hot water in the showers. It’s just ice cold. Absolutely horrible customer service. This location has been charging me twice every month for the past several months, I've spoken with a manager and they told me that I have to go to my bank to fix it. The bank can take the charge off every month but ultimately it's up to Planet Fitness to fix the double charge in the system. The manager refused to believe me and refuse to look at my bank statement showing 9 months of double charges from Planet Fitness. Everything is fine, except the bathrooms are getting dirtier. We are paying for a service and I think we deserve something better. I hope it can be resolved. Thank you.
The crowd meter is ALWAYS WRONG. So frustrating. The cleanliness is meh. Nothing special about the equipment. It's a cheap membership so I guess you get what you pay for....
