Friendly staff.clean bathroom an changing are. Large number of exercises machine. Top it off they have Tanning an massage chairs. Workers who are willing to help you with equipment. If u are like me an new to working out

Not happy about this. My whole point of subscribing was the convenience of hours. The corporation needs to set stricter standards on hour minimums so franchises don't minimize past what's necessary. There's not a McDonald's in America that closes before 9:00. Embarrassing a gym closes sooner.

Gonna say this over & over again this gym is nice ! The equipment is good. The staff is really nice they greet you no matter what time you come. I have been there at the crack of dawn and late mornings and it's always been the same. The people who come to that gym are really nice too. Never have had a problem or a complaint. The only thing that I wish would make this a better place is the cleaning and the discenfecting of the equipment is that the staff are the ones doing it !!!!!! Please give your employees a raise so they don't look so miserable at the front desk. Except for Candice, she's an absolute rock star. Don't know if she's a manager but she should be. Professional, pleasent and eficient. She should train the others on customer service. Now an exemple of bad service: Aproached the counter where the young male with glasses was typing on his phone (no big deal). I said "hello! how's going? He looked up and said "fine".
