Extremely Disappointed with Management at Planet Fitness. I was a former member of Planet Fitness until I was seriously injured in an accident a few years ago and couldn’t attend the gym for several months. When I returned to explain the situation, the manager, Gracy, was extremely rude and insensitive. She loudly told me—right in front of other members—that the $200+ balance was my fault for not cancelling, despite my medical situation. Gracie is one of the worst managers I’ve ever seen. Unfair treatment of employees, very rude to her customers, and loves drama. Something the owner of this gymnasium should really look into.
