Unfortunately there was some rudeness tonight at the front desk here on 8/11, with no attempt to research multi-gym network plans that PF have a contract w/ for membership, One Pass. Out of three people on shift, nothing carefully looked into just primarily attitudes and wrong information. I tried to go in and scan my QR code, but I was told and rejected by a lady at the desk that they do not do grace Pierce anymore which I don’t understand. How is that a grace period when I’m giving my QR code on the app and telling me I have one time to scan
