Planet Fitness at Jimmy Carter is clean, the environment is nica, variety of machines for everybody. Employees are helpful. I feel safe.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I came in to cancel my membership after months of dissatisfaction. I started a conversation with “Ms.Maddie” at Front desk to cancel My membership and in the middle of her, trying to find my profile store, phone rings and she picks it up without saying nothing else to me. Not even a “one second please” . This doesn’t make me feel like a valued customer at all and. I should’ve canceled sooner. I will definitely never be back to any planet fitness
