Canceled my membership today due to a poor and disappointing interaction with a staff member named Maribel. Never felt that way before, but she seemed as if she wasn't interested in assisting me with an issue I was having or showing appreciation that I was a member. Very unfortunate. I gave 2 stars because I believe businesses are struggling to find quality staff and don't believe her attitude is the overall attitude of Planet Fitness.
Great PF clean, friendly staff new equipment !!
Recently visited this location from out of town and was highly satisfied. Im a PF supervisor in my home town gym and I would suggest this gym to anyone! Staff was friendly and welcoming, gym was super clean, amazing layout, not crowded and just an overall awesome experience
A true judgment free gym. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The equipment wemm maintained a d the entire gym is clean.
Good amount of equipment, wish the cardio equipment was a little less pixel-y and a little more state-of-the-art. I wish they had more expanded hours. Especially closing at 7pm on weekends. I miss the days that PF's were 24-hours. That was their big selling point. I work in theater, so sometimes I don't get off work until 11pm or later. Otherwise, it's a great space that has everything I need. Only thing on the wish list is a sauna, but I don't think any PF has that.
