So it was suggested to me by staff that I freeze my account since the tanning bed bulbs need changed and planet fitness makes the staff do it. I tried to unfreeze on my account online over a month later with no success, I went to my local planet fitness in Burlington Iowa and I am informed not only are bulbs not changed that I need permission from manager to unfreeze my account due to the billing cycle so I of course asked to be prorated not an option, pay per tan not an option, contact manager myself and i was only provided... read more
I love this gym so much. It is my favorite planet fitness I have ever been to and I’ve been too many of them. I am from Florida and that’s one thing I love about planet fitness you can go to any location when you have a membership, but I just wanted to take a moment to say that this gym is top-notch. Horrible service, hard to cancel, when deciding to cancel i went up to planet fitness and tried, they really insisted that i freeze my account for 2 months, i’ll be gone for 3, so a few days later, i tried to cancel it on the phone and they told me to do it online, i went online and noticed that i would have to pay a 53 dollar cancellation fee because i didn’t notify them that i wanted to cancel it before today’s date, which i did, a few days ago…? so i called them back and they told me that i was gonna have the cancellation... read more
