Very deceptive management team at this location. Las Colinas location is much better! Melissa, a shift lead at Euless, would not let me tan or remain in the building last night when I was TWO days late on making my payment. Mind you, the QR code still came up fine, with no prompts. I have paid my club dues, I pay my monthly fees, etc. Just slipped my mind and I wasn't about to pull my card out and make a payment right in front of her. Planet fitness off main in Euless was great. Machines were clean, staff was amazing, and not too crowded.
