I’ve been to several PF locations and the one in Euless is by far my favorite—mainly because of the outstanding customer service. Felix is always so helpful and approachable. He really takes pride in his work and it shows in how well the gym is run.

Update. So the manager pulled me to the side. I had no idea he read my review. He informed me that, there were resistance bands but, they keep them up front. Him remembering my face spoke volumes and, shook my hand also. This right here definitely gets a 5 star. I'm really hoping they will consider a trap bar for carrying and deadlifting. Just a thought 🤔

I like the renovations. Also, the gym needs resistance bands and foam rollers. Heck, a trap bar would be nice. I could deadlift with that.

This location has really gone downhill. The atmosphere feels tense and unwelcoming, and it’s clear the place is not being managed well. The person in charge often looks annoyed or frustrated, and it gives the impression that members are an inconvenience instead of valued customers. Approaching the front desk with even a simple question feels uncomfortable because the attitude you get back is anything but friendly or helpful.
