Worst employees and manager. Racist and disrespectful and VERY unprofessional. Employees leave the front desk unattended to talk on their cell phones and work out. Shocked they have jobs. Something is always broken. Water heater. Massage chairs. Hydro beds. Always something.
Worst planet fitness ever. None of the machines are calibrated, NONE. The bench presses are crazy off. Like 50lbs off. Basically every machine was off to some degree. Very old equipment. Wouldn't be surprised to find out this place is owned by indians or Muslims. Cheap!
It's a gym. This gym is packed during certain hours as is normal for all gyms. Equipment is in working order and well maintained. Nobody really bothers you while you are working out so that's a positive. Not sure about the value for the price. The cost has gone up recently.
I had some issues with them recently about the ropes attachments not being there and i mentioned it in their annual survey. To my surprise they addressed the issue thoroughly and in a very short time. The desk guys are awesome and it feels good to know that your issues are addressed and cared for.
