I've been getting charged for years and I didn't know they renew the account without mailing you information or sending an email, also when I asked for help the girls seemed uninterested in me & went back to scrolling on their phones a young guy helped me and my daughter the girl I asked had much better people to talk to and she went back to it. Felt rushed and unwelcome
Great gym
Horrible. Never really have time to go out and exercise, and when I do, theres far too many people in the tiny facility they have. Haven't gone for literally years (while continuously charging my account) yet try to say I owe them money? Well, I have canceled my membership and I will be requesting my profiles and accounts be deleted as well, and I will never consider or recommend anyone use planet fitness. Extremely predatory practices that they intentionally make it difficult to get out of.
