Train your phone-addicted, classless zoomer staff how to greet customers when they walk through the door. This morning, I entered the facility and the zoomer girl there had her face glued to her phone, no greeting, didn't even bother to look up. Not only is that a security issue, it is also lazy and rude. Get your faces out of your phones, lazy zoomers.

I have been a Planet Fitness member for years and have visited locations from the West Coast to the East Coast and everywhere in between. I have never experienced behavior like this. The front-desk employee who checked me in was immediately rude, dismissive, and confrontational. For the first time in my entire Planet Fitness history, I was demanded to “prove” I had eye protection to use the Total Body Enhancement, which is red light therapy (not UV) and does not require eye protection under normal Planet Fitness standards. Great gym. No messing around here, from my point of view. A place where i can put in the ear buds and work out without anyone bothering me. Their employees are kind and there to assist when needed and their bathrooms and men's facilities are clean. 5 stars from me.
