Joined up 6 months ago and I couldn't be more satisfied with this location. It is always clean, staff is very nice. As far as equipment they have everything you need and I'm no beginner I been a member of many gyms in my life including some old school hardcore gyms (Powerhouse Gym in Norfolk in the 90's) and unless you are a professional body builder or powerlifter (which most of us aren't) this gym has everything you need including free weights.
