Crew is amazing love the morning work out very clean. But the temps are way to hot in this heat been a customer for two years and it’s just got to hot inside
Early mornings are the best they are a lot of the reason I come. Since Monday the temperature is hot. We have a lot of seniors in here this early. They can’t take that kind of heat working out . Other than that it’s a clean , efficient,and friendly gym. I don’t want to change gyms over temperature!
Come here four to five times a week. I have always felt welcomed, even when I weighed 315 lbs. Great people, great atmosphere!
