I visited this location because I’m on a work stay here in this city. I’m a PF Black Card member at my home location and I LOVE IT, the staff is always so nice and welcoming. But here, I don’t want to throw the race card out at all because again, at my home location the staff is always courteous and welcoming. Best staff ever - super friendly - very clean gym - great family environment- fairly priced for all the amenities- love the tanning and spa , lots of equipment , memberships come with free personal training / classes.

This gym is very welcoming and clean. They have very friendly staff. They have an awesome trainer. The spa is my favorite with the massage chairs and the tanning.

I recently joined as a Black Card member. I’ve been to two locations and was very much looking forward to working out but I was screamed at by an older, bald, male staff member upon entering the lobby of the Commerce, GA location. Due to the encounter, I’m not sure how comfortable I would be in returning.
