I’m a current member of a PF. I walked into this one because I was thinking about changing locations. As I approached a worker and asked him if I could use a day pass, he said they don’t have free day passes. They cost $21, which is absurdly ridiculous because a PF membership is cheaper than a day pass. I’ve been a Planet Fitness member for years, and this location has been consistently frustrating and uncomfortable. During one visit, the gym was extremely hot and humid to the point that I felt lightheaded while trying to work out. This raised real safety concerns for me. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, Sofia, the response was dismissive and unhelpful.
