I’ve been going to this Planet Fitness location and the indoor conditions are consistently unacceptable. If you look at the recent reviews, there are a dozen people complaining about the lack of air flow, and disgusting humidity in the gym. The gym is extremely humid, stagnant, and poorly ventilated at all times, even when it’s cold outside. Staff is nice! quiet clean, they are vacuuming and moping often, but there is NO AIR to breathe, especially now when it’s getting warmer outside, and more people started to go there. I am not sure if they don’t have air conditioners or they are just do not working properly, but yesterday I almost fainted because of that heat( no air). I had my membership on autopay the entire time and never changed my card or billing information. Somehow I was told I missed a payment from almost a year ago, even though every payment before and after that went through with no issues. That sounds like a billing error on their end, but the staff refused to acknowledge it and still tried to charge late fees.
