They have some typical equipment I'd expect to see in most gyms covering everything from calves and glutes to abs and arms. It can be a bit uncomfortable at first as most equipment is right next to each other, and starting your fitness journey you may not feel the best about your body. However as long as you stick to what you're doing most people won't give you a second look.
