This place is way too small for the area. It's in for one every time. I walk in both employees at the counter male young around 7:00 p.m. during the week are on their phone visibly gambling or playing some type of game and can barely look up long enough to get anybody set up with any type of tanning massage, chairs, etc. and the tanning bed rooms were filthy paper towels all over the floors. Paper towel holder wide open garbage cans overflowing completely unprofessional.
Terrible customer service. Called 2x to speak with a manager. Was told he wasn’t available. Was told he’d call back. Never did. Called again & was told by the same person he’s not in until Monday but would have the assistant manager call me asap. Of course they never did. I’m having issues with my bill & it’s important to me (obviously not them) to take care of it. I’m seriously thinking about changing my gym.
Let down. They dont even try to hide the fact they're not a planet.
