A quick workout in & out prefect
Afternoon staff is rude. Setting of the “Lug” alarm for no reason (other than they think it’s funny), disliking paying customers songs selections so they never get played, and not responding to customers when they inform them equipment is damaged. Management needs to retrain this staff. All they do is sit a the front counter and talk to each. No customer interaction at all.
I've never been to Planet Fitness. Directions kept pointing toward Planet Fitness instead of my friends address.
I recently left another review regarding sexual harassment at this location. The morning staff (Andi and Sam specifically) were rude and tried to blame ME for two men harassing me (a common theme with harassment) and they cancelled my membership causing me a tremendous amount of stress. PF has no checks and balances and no upper management or corporate to contact regarding serious issues like this, so the online reviews are the only course of action.
