Very often, the staff is playing music at a very high volume. Please stop FORCING your music on the people who are working out and listening to what they like in their earbuds - you're ruining workouts! I`m tired of constantly coming up to the reception area and asking to turn the volume down a bit. It is ridiculous! Come on, it`s not the 80s anymore; the customers listen to their own music. Randon went above and beyond for my mom! She lost her ear bud in the stair master, and he took the machine apart to find it! So sweet of him to take the time to do that.
I have been paying for planet fitness for about 2 years now. Ive gone to many different locations. This has to be the worst location I have been too. I have the black card but they said they couldn't take it here. They did this twice. I had to pay a $20 day pass fee each time. Also, mid work out an angry employee came up to me and said I had to get out because I was wearing crocs?! Never in my 2 years and over 100+ visits have I been told I cannot wear crocs.
